Screen Mirroring iPhone to TV

Screen mirroring iPhone to TV might feel like a daunting task to someone who isn’t as tech savvy as the rest. But really, there is not much to it and after reading this guide you’ll master the art of screen mirroring iPhone to TV.

Here’s how to do it! First things first, there’s a number of ways this can be done and it all depends on the devices at your disposal.

Screen Mirroring iPhone with Apple TV

Apple has made it very easy to mirror your device’s screen to TV. It is all made possible through the in-built screen mirroring feature. If you own an Apple TV device, hook it up to your TV with an HDMI cable. Then from your iPhone or iPad, open the control center and tap on screen mirroring.

That will open another menu from where you’ll be able to select your Apple TV and voila, in a few seconds it will start screen mirroring iPhone to your TV screen.

Screen Mirroring iPhone without Apple TV

I know what you’re thinking. Oh no! I don’t have an Apple TV I’m doomed. Well before you go into panic mode, or go to Apple’s website to order an Apple TV just so you can screen mirror iPhone to your television, there is luckily another way. What way you ask? Through a third-party screen mirroring app of course.

When you go to the App Store you will find lots of great apps for beaming, reflecting or casting your mobile screen on the TV. These apps support a range of TV brands like Samsung, Sony, Amazon Fire TV, Roku or Chromecast supported TVs.

Before you go and start your search, let us help you choose.

iStreamer is the name for various casting and screen mirroring mobile applications for a wide range of TV brands. Follow these steps.

1. Simply go to the iStreamer downloads page and choose your screen mirroring app to download on your iPhone.

2. You will be redirected to the App Store page for the app from where you can download it on your device

For instance, let’s say you downloaded the Screen Mirror for Chromecast app.

Great choice! Now let’s set it up. (Super easy to do!) Open the app and connect to your Chromecast enabled/connected TV. Make sure both devices are on the same network. Once connected, tap on the screen recording button. Wait for a few seconds, and it will start screen mirroring iPhone to the big screen.

It’s as simple as that! Hope you liked this guide. Let us know what you think in the comments section. Which of the ways of screen mirroring iPhone is more convenient?

the Pro version of the Screen Mirror app does not work. Moreover, it interferes with the operation of the free version. I paid $10- for this app. Because I do not use Facebook or Twitter, I cannot even get support. I find all of this very difficult to understand. I go to the App Store everyday hoping to find an update. This situation has persisted for so long that I can only assume that there is a fundamental problem rather than simply a bug. It it worked it would be a great app.

Hi. Thanks for letting us know about this. Can you please share some details like your iOS version and the app versions of the screen mirror apps you have installed on your device. Send some screenshots if possible. You can also reach us by email at [email protected]

Hi. Please update your app to the latest version. The issue has been fixed. Thanks.

Please advise why the standard broad cast for pro version is only for a minute, also, WHY ADVANCED OPTION ONLY PLAYS OUT SOUND FOR THE VERY FIRST SEC AND GONE??? I have tried all the hdmi ports and all setting possible, I am confident there is nothing wrong with the configuration, there must be something missing with the app!! I’ve dropped email with no reply! If this issue cannot be fixed I demand a refund. This is unacceptable!

Hi. Apologies for the inconvenience. The issue has now been fixed. Please update your app to 1.0.14
